Labour Law Services
You may wonder how private investigators could assist in labour law matters. Most of our cases end up with disciplinary hearings, where we need to testify, and where we are required to give our input to the employer’s case initiators. Being involved in on average 100 disciplinary hearings per annum from 1999, quickly adds up. With at least half of that cases going to the CCMA or Bargaining Councils, we believe that we are seasoned visitors to both.
Well, we took this a little further and have equipped ourselves with the knowledge, skills, and qualifications to offer these services to our clients.
We offer –
- CCMA and Bargaining Council representation of Employers at no charge. (Terms and Conditions apply) – Our membership at one of the oldest and biggest Employers Organisations allows us to be present at all events ranging from Conciliation to Arbitration.
- Chairing or Initiating at Disciplinary Hearings. (This is either done either remotely or in-person at your premises or ours.)
- Drafting or responding to applications. From condonations to objections
- Drafting employment contracts. From fixed term to permanent.
- Drafting and implementation of workable disciplinary codes and grievance procedures in the workplace.
- Advising and training of personnel officers for employers on labour-related matters.
- Services related to retrenchments. From consultations to the lay-off of staff.
Our services are offered on both an ad-hoc (once-off) or retainer basis.
